The proposal treats hospitality as public space: a simple structure, a sheltered threshold and an interior carrying the same care as the architecture.
REDIFIS develops architecture and interior together so the place feels resolved from street to table.
A single pitched volume and a deep shaded veranda give the ouzeri a clear, welcoming presence on the village edge.
Inside, robust natural materials and warm light create a room meant to be used daily and to age gracefully.
Built form, interior and outdoor seating are designed as one gesture, so a modest budget reads as generosity rather than constraint.
