Raches House — Residential A residential proposal that reads the slope and the light of Raches before it reads the programme.

The proposal develops a compact, energy-conscious home that steps with its terrain, opening to the long views while sheltering its private spaces.
At proposal stage REDIFIS sets the architectural concept together with the engineering logic, so that what is shown is what can be built.
The massing breaks a single house into legible volumes, each tuned to orientation and use. Materials are kept few and natural, in keeping with the rural setting.
Structure and environmental strategy are developed alongside the architecture, not after it — the proposal is already a buildable project.
Passive principles lead the design: orientation, shading and a tight envelope reduce demand before any active system is considered.
